Fancy a change?
Decorating & Alterations
From adding some colour to your walls to putting up a TV bracket, simply fill out the alteration request form.
It is important that you gain written permission before carrying out any alterations; without permission you will be in breach of your tenancy agreement. Your Asset Manager will review the details of your request and confirm if this has been accepted and whether we require you to change alterations back to their original state if you ever decide to move out.
Adding a Furry Friend
At Simple Life London we know how important your pets are, so we welcome them at no additional cost. If you’re thinking of welcoming a dog, cat or any other furry friend to your family, then you will need to fill out a pet application form. You must obtain permission and apply for them beforehand.
