Picked your ideal development? Get in touch by phone or the form below to discuss availability and secure your name against a property.

You may be able to reserve even if the property isn’t yet fully built, ensuring you won’t miss out and can move as soon as it’s finished.

To help you make your decision, we’ll provide photos, CGIs, walkthroughs and descriptions to help you get a feel for your new home. Where available, you may also be able to visit a showhome with one of our team.

Meet our criteria

Our team will talk you through eligibility, but in general we look for a total income of at least 30 times the monthly rental amount, amongst other factors.

We are happy to consider applicants from a range of income streams including:

  • Self-employed or zero-hour contract workers
  • Universal credit or benefits recipients
  • Students with a guarantor (paying 12 months up front)
  • Independent means and retirees
  • Oversees applicants

Meeting criteria does not guarantee acceptance of an application.If you have a pet, remember you need to apply for them before moving in to obtain permission, as we allow pets in allocated apartments. See our Pet Policy for more info and download our Pet Application form.

Provide your references

We carry out secure online referencing through a dedicated independent provider, which once passed will help secure your property.

Confirm your term

Standard tenancies are for a minimum of 12 months, after which you can renew for further extended terms.

Ready to move!

Once all monies have been received and contracts signed, our team will work with you to confirm your move in date. We have a range of partners to help you move and settle in, including media discounts and removal companies.
