Thinking of welcoming a pet into your home? Whether it’s a dog, a cat, a rabbit or something a little more unusual, we’d love to hear about it. Please fill out this form before bringing your pet home, as you’ll need our approval first.

We’ll give you our decision in writing within 28 days of receiving your request. If we need any more information from you, we’ll let you know within that time, and we’ll then give our decision within 7 days of receiving it. If we’re unable to approve your request, we’ll always explain why in writing.
