Examples of changes that need approval: painting or wallpapering, shelves, TV brackets, CCTV and aerials.

Examples of changes we don’t permit: gas or electrical works, structural changes, and any works affecting fire doors or compartment walls.

Unless we agree otherwise, any changes must be reversed and your home returned to its original condition when you move out.
