Following the success of our My Simple Life app, launched in summer 2021, we are delighted to bring a new version to our London residents.
Developed over nearly 12 months as a completely bespoke offering, the app is designed to help customers feel more in control of their tenancy, and improve the flow of communication between us as landlord and residents.
The app’s features include:
- • A manuals hub featuring user guides for all appliances and fittings
- • Access to tenancy documents including EPC certificates, inventories and agreements
- • Rental statements and the ability to pay overdue balances in-app
- • Resident forum open on a development basis, to help neighbours connect
- • Offers and Discounts from our partners and affiliates
Plans are already in place to develop the app further, including greater integration with our maintenance reporting tool, and additional notification options.
