Simple Summer Smoothies

As the Weather heats up, we’re looking to start the day with something refreshing that will also keep us healthy and energised for a jam-packed Summer. With the help of Simple Nutrition, get inspired by recipes that are as nutritious as they are delicious.

Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 2)

155 grams Frozen Blueberries

144 grams Strawberries (stems removed)

600 millilitres Unsweetened Almond Milk

49 grams Chia Seeds

49 grams Vanilla Protein Powder

Directions

All of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy 

 

Blueberry Protein Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 2)

45 grams Vanilla Protein Powder

13 grams Ground Flax Seed

310 grams Frozen Blueberries

60 grams Baby Spinach

474 millilitres Water (cold)

 

Directions

All of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy 

Chocolate Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients (serves 2)

1/2 Avocado

480 millilitres Unsweetened Almond Milk

31 grams Almond Butter

60 grams Baby Spinach

40 grams Chocolate Protein Powder

Directions

All of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy
