Simple Life Takes Home TWO Property Week RESI Awards

Simple Life is delighted to have received the Private Rental Sector (PRS) Deal of the Year Award for the launch of our Simple Life London brand, delivering new Build To Rent (BTR) homes in affordable areas of Greater London. Supported by Homes England, the housing agency of the UK Government, our London venture is targeting the establishment of an initial portfolio of approximately 3,000 homes with a value in excess of £1bn.

Additionally, we’re beside ourselves to have been recognised for all our hard work over the past 2 years with the Best Covid Response Award. The award follows the resident focused initiatives put in place to help ease some of the financial strain caused by the pandemic. Deferred payment plans were put in place, NHS staff discounts were applied, as well and clear communication updates and organised virtual activities to support customer health and wellbeing.

We want to say a massive thank you to the whole Simple Life team – we’re very blessed to have such a passionate and driven dynamic. And another huge thank you to all our partners, who we couldn’t have achieved what we have without you.
