Our team will talk you through eligibility, but in general we look for a total income of around 30 times the monthly rental amount, alongside a range of other affordability and referencing factors. We take a flexible approach and consider each application on its individual circumstances.
We are happy to consider applicants from a range of income streams, including:
- Self-employed or zero-hour contract workers
- Universal Credit or other benefits recipients
- Students with a guarantor
- Those with independent means or retirees
- Overseas applicants
