Styling the Clapham Apartment: A Sophisticated City Home

In our Clapham Park development, we wanted to showcase the lifestyle and elegance that our Simple Life London brand offers. The apartment was styled using David Phillips’ ‘Midnight Warmth’ furniture scheme, which combines natural wood tones, soft neutrals, and navy accents to create a sophisticated, yet welcoming environment. This design perfectly reflects the modern, urban lifestyle that Simple Life London provides.

Each room in the apartment was styled to highlight the versatility of the design. For the three-bedroom apartment, David Philips sourced vintage Badminton rackets, vinyl records, and ‘Clapham’ artwork from a local seller to infuse the space with character and a personal touch. The two-bedroom apartment was dressed in a laid-back, bohemian style, while still maintaining an upbeat energy through an abundance of vibrant, playful artwork. In the one-bedroom unit, David Phillips brought a bold, graphic aesthetic, incorporating accessories with strong shapes and artwork inspired by the Bauhaus movement. These touches gave the space a creative, curated feel, ideal for city living. The furniture scheme allowed us to demonstrate how a compact urban apartment can still feel spacious, stylish, and practical for a range of lifestyles.
