Celebrating renting… but not as you know it.

We are proud to offer our residents so much more than just a roof over their heads, from excellent levels of service, to social events and communal spaces. But for a prospective customer looking for a rental home, the difference between renting in a quality development like ours versus letting from a private landlord is less well understood. That’s why we are proud to be part of Love to Rent, a new online portal that helps customers discover the benefits of renting a home in a build-to-rent development.

From 24 – 28 May 2021, Love to Rent is running its first customer awareness week as a platform to promote the benefits of this type of renting and show what sets it apart from the traditional private rental market.

We are passionate about being part of a community of other operators, as well as industry bodies like the British Property Federation and the UKAA, that are raising standards for renters, putting residents front of mind in creating new homes and services that they really want.

Love to Rent was set up by industry expert Anne-Marie Brown to provide a central hub of information including current searchable properties, creating a marketplace that customers will have confidence in. A wide range of property types, locations and price ranges are represented, but all homes come with the assurance of a professional management service, flexible tenancies and a convenient lifestyle.
