London Cribs, Meet Clapham Park Residents Anya & Charles

From the moment we arrived, it’s clear to see the couple’s home blends style, comfort and personality whilst in the epicentre of vibrant London living. The true showstopper of the home is the balcony, it’s easy to see why it’s one of their favourite spots! Whether it’s a slow morning with a coffee or an evening wind-down, this space offers sweeping views across the London skyline, stretching towards Canary Wharf and the City of London. It feels peaceful and calm, surprisingly quiet for such a well-connected part of London, giving them a private retreat above the city buzz.

Moving onto Charles’ favourite part of the apartment – the kitchen living area, where everything happens. Bright, modern and perfect for hosting, what more could you want? Anya’s arranged flowers from her small business (@tied.and.timeless) sit proudly on display alongside her to die for collection of Jelly Cats, adding charm to the space. It’s also where their legendary cheeseboard comes to life a true “North meets South” moment. If only all debates could be settled over cheese.

One of the many benefits is just how green and peaceful the development feels. The resident communal garden is beautifully maintained and pet-friendly, so it’s not unusual to see little four-legged friends racing around. Despite being in busy London, there’s a genuine sense of calm and community here. And with other nearby green spaces like Clapham Common and Brockwell Park, outdoor escapes are always close by.

Anya and Charles repeatedly mention how much they value the transport links. With quick access to both the London Underground Northern line and the London Underground Victoria line, getting across the city is easy and stress-free. For them, having those seamless connections right on their doorstep makes everyday life smoother, whether commuting, meeting friends or exploring everything London has to offer. Add in plenty of local shops, including fantastic organic food options, and it’s easy to see why they love calling Clapham Park home. It’s skyline views, green space, community spirit and unbeatable connectivity, all in one place.
