Our cocktail making masterclass event went down a treat! The main aim was to make sure everyone picked up a few skills behind the bar and had a cracking time doing it.

The best bit? Seeing residents come together from all over London. People genuinely made the effort to travel from every single one of our developments. When you see familiar faces from different neighbourhoods hugging and catching up it just hits you we’re creating something special. It’s that sense of belonging that goes way past the front door of your flat.

The second the doors opened the atmosphere was electric. There were immediate moments as people spotted friends they’d made at previous Simple Life events. Our brilliant mixology expert jumped right in getting everyone started on the basics. It was so much fun watching people get stuck into the techniques the proper way to hold a shaker how to get that perfect chill. Honestly the joy on their faces when they nailed their first perfectly balanced drink was the only reward we needed. And let me tell you they only got better as the night went on!

You can’t have fantastic cocktails without fantastic food right? To keep the energy up we laid out some seriously epic charcuterie boards. They went down an absolute storm. That’s just part of the Simple Life London promise complimentary hospitality that feels genuinely welcoming.
